Solid shift to weightlifting

The program really helped me connect my goals, diet and exercise program. The tutorial videos are very educational and give a vast amount of knowledge to build your plan. The workout PDFs are intuitive and I love the Google Sheets tracker which is really important for me to stay to plan. I have been on the program for about 6 weeks and have been able to improve my strength and to define my goals lifting weights. I have more focus to do on my diet to shred to my weight goal, and will start up again at the New Year with a 12 week focus to see if I can hit my goals. I’ve learned the golden rule of diet being the driver of how you change your body. Cheers to Jeremy for educating us and giving us an amazing platform.

Too much

I don’t have the time to work out/ excersize everyday and sometimes twice a day as this program suggests. The format and excessive emails are annoying and confusing. Too much data to review. Its difficult to fit this routine into your life. Wouldn’t recommend this to a friend.

I love it

I would change the website a bit though. I would make it easier to navigate and have a better directory. there is A LOT of information on it, but if I just want to see my workouts and how. to slightly change them for my taste, I would like it more "streamline"
