It is only unfortunate that COVID struck and I have not had a year's time with using this BWS program. I have been an avid gym-user for almost a decade before purchasing the BWS program. Before, I was not doing counting my macros and my workout schedule was very awkward. The push-pull-legs routine is easy to manage. Using the apps and spreadsheet to track my calories has proved to be very easy. But the bottom-line is it has produced and is still producing amazing results. I dropped 10 kgs, then gained 7 kgs during COVID. Don't worry, I am back at it and have lost 3 kgs.

Great program

This program is great! It helped me to lose extra fat and now I am slowly gaining muscle mass.
